~China Prayer Guide~

July 10-20, 2014

Thursday, July 10^th – Leave Chicago O’Hare Airport at 3:20pm (CDT) for Beijing, China.

·      Pray for protection, safety in flights, travel mercies, no lost luggage or delays…

Friday, July 11^th - Arrive in Beijing at 6:30pm (China is 13 hours ahead of CDT - Friday 8pm in U.S. is Saturday 9am in China).

·      Pray for safe travel, physical strength, adjusting to jet-lag, sound sleep, strong health

·      Pray that our guide will see Christ in us during the next ten days

Saturday, July 12^th - Sight-seeing in Beijing - Imperial Palace and Great Wall.

·      Pray for our team bonding, fun and fellowship and time embracing the Chinese culture

Sunday, July 13^th – Leave Beijing at 8:40am, arrive in Guangzhou to the orphanage city and arrive at our hotel.

·      Pray for safe travels and time meeting the orphanage staff and children

Monday, July 14^th – First day at the orphanage working with the children.

·      Pray for the nannies to be encouraged and supported.

Tuesday, July 15^th – Spend the day at the orphanage working with the children.

·      Pray for the children to know the love of their Creator…

Wednesday, July 16^th - Spend the day at the orphanage working with the children.  Jason leaves the team to fly to Guangzhou at 4:30pm to join another ACT Mission Team in Ethiopia.

·      Pray for the purchase of donations for the orphanage.

·      Pray for safe travel and rest for Jason.

Thursday, July 17^th - Spend the day at the orphanage working with the children.

        Jason leaves China at 12:30am to fly to Ethiopia.

·      Pray for the directors of the orphanage to understand our support comes from the Lord.

·      Pray for safe travel for Jason as he joins the ACT Mission Team in Ethiopia.

Friday, July 18^th - Last day at the orphanage working with the children

·      Pray for our final day as we say goodbye to the precious children and staff.

Saturday, July 19^th – Fly to Guangzhou at 2:10pm

·      Pray for our last day in China as we debrief and prepare for the big flight home!

Sunday, July 20^th - Depart Guangzhou at 8:10am and arrive in Beijing at 11:20am. Depart Beijing at 1:20pm.  Arrive back in US at 1:20pm in Chicago. Team will then travel to individual home cities.
